Bogotá - only allow a day for this city, is very pretty but there is very little to see and one day is enough. I would personally dedicate more time to other places in Colombia.

Keep in mind that there are different ways to move around in Colombia: flights, bus and car rental. We have rented a car only in Santa Marta, and then left it at Cartagena airport, but you can easily move around with bus, they are surprisingly very well organised and cheap. Know that Tayrona National Park is HUGE, so everything will depend on where you decide to stay.
